We encourage creators, publishers, and educators to build thriving businesses using the puzzles generated on our platform. This policy provides specific guidelines on commercial usage.

Permitted Commercial Use

Subscribers on commercial plans may utilize the generated high-resolution PDF, SVG, and PNG puzzle pages in print or digital commercial assets. This includes:

Amazon KDP Publishing

Create, compile, and sell physical paperback or hardcover puzzle books.

Etsy Printables & Files

Sell flattened printable pages, coloring packets, or kids activities.

Educational Books

Include mystery mosaic pages in paid curriculum books or study guides.

Standalone Puzzle Books

Incorporate pages in print-on-demand books, magazines, or newsletters.

Client Projects

Generate custom puzzles on behalf of clients as a freelance designer.

Classroom Materials

Use in paid classrooms, tutoring sessions, or subscription educational platforms.

Prohibited Commercial Use

To protect our platform and community, we enforce strict boundaries. You may **not**:

Sell, sub-license, or redistribute our generator software or algorithms.

Share premium login credentials or accounts with other publishers or users.

Redistribute generated templates as raw, editable vector resources (e.g. template bundles on Etsy that allow others to edit the puzzle geometry). Outputs must be flattened PDFs, PNGs, or SVGs intended for end-user coloring.

Clone, mirror, or build a competing website/app based on our design, layout, or backend mechanics.

Asset Guidelines

Important Clarification on Uploads

Commercial rights apply strictly to puzzle pages you generate using your **own uploaded images** or images that you have legally licensed, purchased, or obtained permission to use. You must not upload copyrighted images owned by third parties to sell as commercial puzzle pages.

Compliance & Enforcement

We actively monitor for trademark misuse, system abuse, and copyright infringement. Violating our Commercial Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of licensing rights for generated assets, and potential legal remedies for intellectual property violations.
