You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of any source images you upload to our generator. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded assets.

Platform IP

The software, design elements, algorithms, generator mechanics, trademarks, logos, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of Mosaic Art Books. You may not clone, frame, or reuse them without explicit authorization.

4. Service Availability & Modification

While we strive for maximum uptime (99.9%), we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time for scheduled maintenance, enhancements, or critical system patches without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Art Books and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services.
